if that's what your talking about, that's for RK launcher/Rocketdock...

that isn't for xwindowsdock yet...

hopefully someone will be able to do that soon

If you see a picture like that for rk launcher, then that's the file

Hey, can you do an actual leopard, I went to my brothers house, he showed me his hackintosh, it's not fully working *no wifi*

but everythig else work... the dock, seems a little different, like the whole skin...

I don't think there's any need in making the dock EXACTLY THE SAME as a leopard dock.

Fan stacks need to animate faster though. Right now they come out too slowly. Perhaps make another xml file for adjusting such things?

That is a Modded Leopard interface. I use Leopard everyday and my stacks don't look like that. XWindowsDock is already looking and acting like the real one.
