Winamp CD Case (shows cover in a CD jewel case)
I'm sorry Carlos....I've been busy and not had a whole lotta time to stop by and check on the thread much less to send you that registry key you asked for.........what I can tell you is now when I open WCC........sometimes it will open 4 or 5 instances of Winamp one right after another.......Carlos......if I could go back in time.....I think to about the beginning of May....my WCC was running like a CHAMPION....I'll take that to go.................PLEASE!!!

Just go to "Options>General" and check "One instance".
If this won't help you I think I will have to back in time... 
Hey Carlos, I'm having a bit of trouble getting the vinil winamp cd skin to work. What exactly should i put for the settings.ini file that shouldve been included with the skin???? thanks!

Carlos are you sure thats the settings.ini? I see that the author is thfx. The author of this skin (http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/18362272/) is mdrmarcelo. I tried using the settings.ini you gave but it didnt work.... gave me the old skooll winamp cd skin. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I've downloaded the file and configured it using the settings above.
However, you have to create a new subfolder (Venyl) under WCC Skins' folder, copy the Venyl images and rename them to the WCC default ones (case.png, notifier.png...)!
See Readme.txt for details or press Help button (Options or Sikin Manager).

Well Maestro..........once again it seems as if you have solved my problems....your suggestion seems to have solved both the problem I was having with multiple instances of WinAmp itself opening as well as the problem I was experiencing when I opened WinAmp....the WCC skin would flash a couple of times on my desktop but then fade away...........anyway....so far so good.....thanks Carlos...

and what am I? Chopped liver? jk.. @natedogg, I'm glad your issue was resolved aswell... I only wish my issue with my main desktop os's wcc's not gaining focus upon mouse over could be resolved. But oh well...Do you have "only one instance" checked?
Hello people, first let me say thanks to the author for this nice app.
I have one question about cdcase.
When i play a cd or an mp3 usually everything works fine, the cover shows up and the notifier gives the correct infos.
But when i play a stream radio, it retains the cover and the text of the last palyed song.
I'm not sure but maybe the first release of cdcase didn't spot this problem.
Is it possible to get the info from the radio?

I have a feature request... could you possibly add the ability to view the album cover art at a larger size when prompted? ... to have it fade onto the desktop (similar to the volume bezel app that fades in and out the mac volume state), and perhaps with a zero border shadow around the cover, when a hotspot on the wcc cover is clicked? Perhaps the user could have the option to:
~specify a certain fixed size for the "larger view",
~ in addition, give the ability to show the actual size.
And to go hand-in-hand with the above request, could you add an option to the album cover download section to: "only return images larger than" so that the user could begin to collect better quality (higher resolution) cover art?
I would really love the ability to see some of my album art up close when i get the urge... I think it would add a lot of class to your wonderful program, and distant it a little further apart from it's collegues out there.
what do you think?

Finally, WCC will always TRY to get the higher quality covers...
WCC does not download the covers from amazon (every amazon listed) anymore?

Carlos.............just an F.Y.I. ------I have promoted your software to a number of my friends from a Rap/HipHop messageboard so if you receive any emails with questions it means that they went to your site and d/l the app and then are emailing you from there as well but I must tell you the people who have used it so far LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT!!! Don't uninstall beta 8. Just copy the new "CD Case.exe" to WCC's folder.

That WCC read ID3v2 1st instead of ID3v1 and then if ID3v2 does not exists, read ID3v1

WCC should read ID3v2 first!
However, WCC does not check some ID3v2 for some reason...

Hey carlos i just wanted to thank you for your hard work ..this is another great release. However i am having some problems. I use the hover function for my notifier. My problem is that if i leave the mouse on the cd the notifier just blinks perpetually and i cant even right click to get to the options menu to turn off the hover function.
Also i'v recently started using a dual monitor setup here and winamp cd acts a little funky with it ..it moves around when i start winamp ... not much buut it doesnt stay in the same spot as it used to. This may be a problem on my end ... i'll try to figure it out.
One other thing ... when i leave the mouse on top of the cd case i can see volume: 50 %... i scroll the mouse wheel so that it will go up to 100 % but it still shows volume: 50 %. Hope this helps.
