that is not a bug. it is a setting in the skin.ini. set the frame border settings for right and left from 0 to 1

@am_tiainen: very good skin, but i think you have to fix the bottom shadow and the hot searchbar!
To fix the border you must add Left Border=1 Right Border=1 (Frame Settings) in skin.ini!
@am_tiainen: Change the first frame values from left=0, right=0 to left=1, right=1. This will make the border appear.
I'm soon to release SmoothStripes (Black Panther) for NeXplorer, I just need to know where on deviantART I can upload it as I can't find an other section.
And this is again to vneumann.

Thank you for this great program. 
I have some bugs to report.
When you hide the icons with the roll-up button while in either single column or 3 column view, and then roll-down to reveal the icons again, the view select icon is back to icon view even though you are still in column view mode.
In standard view (Icons) mode, when I scroll up slowly using the scroll bar, the text of the icons are erased. I have to select them or pass a window over them to show the text again.
The real finder switches to column view once you start to type something in the Search bar. There is also an area below divided by a moveable horizontal bar which shows you the path of whatever you select in the search results. May I suggest modifying your app to do the same?
All in all, a fantastic piece of work you're doing. Keep it up.

Bottom has designed to look good in my INI's (My skin theme include it) default size. It has some...what i tell...about 10-20pixel tolerance to reduce and or make larger that Finder without notice any bug in shadow. I CAN'T FIX IT. IT FROM SOFTWARE THAT CAN'T CORRECTLY STRETCH BOTTOM PIECE. Tell that to vneumann!
And what Hot Searchbar bug? >.
I suggest you to use safari resources they fit better! (only my opinion)

Have to think.......Well hear vneumann what he think that idea (to use Safari resources)......
I know that it PNG look like you send it to me. If i start make that shadows from begining and i put end of shadows to end, it bug in my Default Size (what is same Default Size in Mac OS X). Try yourself to put shadow in "real" position. I can guarantee that shadows is not real position in every size. IT FROM SOFTWARE THAT CAN'T CORRECTLY STRETCH BOTTOM PIECE. I have not other say to this subject.
Maybe vneumann is so nice that he fix that shadow bug soon

Nexplorer is a Finder Clone of Panther 10.3 ( 100%)
people need to read the threads. For the 1000th time all you have to do is drag an icon onto the shortcut to change it. Use png's they work best.

the resize gripper should be there. Make sure you are using the newest skins. As for the "path" button.. .it is currently hidden because it is left in the inner frame.

Do you mean where it can be found from Macintosh or from Nexplorer? That picture is from Mac, and you can find that options View -> Customize Toolbar....In Nexplorer has not that options.
To Left Icon section Question:
Well If you have read ReadMe.txt from my theme, you know how it can be change.

When i quit the app. it close the inner frame first and then the external one, a few second later... it looks so awful... can you fix the time of it in order to close both at the same time ????

how do u change the other icons like for the drives?? i tried puttin a icon in the nexplorer called drive and nothing changed
I did a quick seach, and didn't see my problem, if it's been addressed please ignore.
When i drag my folders to the left panel, my "music & movie) lose their Icon at the top of Nexplorer. I renamed them from the generic XP My Music, and My videos to just Music and Videos, and changed "My Documents" to just Mixed xTc. Their respective icons use to show up but not anymore.
They show up with 1.7 though
for some reason every time i load the app, the title bar font is very thick. but i am using true type fonts and any other kind of font. if i go refresh the font its fine.
