Good, good. I think the other docks sorely need this feature too.
Also, I have been wondering, what about AveDesk compatibility? I will leave the specifics up to you.
This is just my idea, but I think Avedesk compatibility is something I don't want to see... to be able to accept (somehow) desklets, RKLauncher should practically contain an entire Avedesk engine, just for showing desklets born to be -big- and -free- in a small and contrained dock... both Avedesk and RkL accept docklets developed for Y'zDock... only improvement could be to extend the original Y'zDock API or add a "module" API (for plugins able to add icons to the dock - I missed that writing docklets! ). Adding a second docklet engine would just be redundant and bloating. Everything -IMO-Also, I have been wondering, what about AveDesk compatibility? I will leave the specifics up to you.
Or maybe it's better to take some time for cleaning up the current code, paying attention to resource usage, instead of adding adding adding. So guys slow down, concentrate on testing if you want, and most of all don't ask for features that are already present 
( as in pooky's post for example )
I would love an option to exclude some minimized programs. I have some applications minimized im the tray which I can not see in windows, I would just like to exclude these from the launcher's tray.
Great launcher btw. I really think I'll use this one.

remember. this project's mission is to create the best osx dock there is. we shoulden't trail off to object dock + like programs. luckilly, we are right on track. just reminding you guys.
czanchez, that feature request is already posted. it will confuse raduking if he has to go through 50 posts and having 5 of them are redundant requests. please be careful next time. raduking did ask us not to do that.

How about the ability to drag an icon from the dock to the desktop?
I'd like to have the option of setting the speed of the dock. It goes down a bit too slow for my liking.
Actually RKLauncher already offers 2 features;min win + new app icon show, that OD lacking.
To be the best win dock ever just provide the rest OD's features, especially: Desklet, and popup menu for app that let us to switch window, close,max, min and how about hide, and drag and drop support need much upgrade.
but please no OD's TAB.

I would like to be able place the dock above the taskbar.
How about the "Hide" function in the real mac OSX
you can hit command+H in OSX to hide your focusing application
The application's icon in the dock will become transparent when it's hiding
(it won't minimize into the dock and every windows related to the application will dissapear)
click on the transparent icon will unhide the application

ok, i have to say i absolutly luv what you've done with this..... "launcher".
My only suggestion/request is as follows:
Instead of having new applications show up in the launcher when they are executed I'd like it to rather show new tasks/currently running tasks (with exclusion ability) that way when i recieve a new instant message.. or when any new task is executed in the background it'll give the ability for that specific icon to become animated.. (ala - OSX dock)

no need of hardware acceleration here... (but it would be an useful option for some users )
it would be nice to add animation to the apps that are NOT in dock and appear when they are oppened. You have animations for those that already are in the dock , but not for new applications, just a suggestion
raduking stated in one of the previous threads that he would consider looking at hardware acceleration.
Another one (and this would contribute to practical efficiency):
keep the apps minimised to the RKLauncher ALT-TAB sensitive.
This might be a weird request, but a request nontheless.
If the dock could sit on top the taskbar, that would be cool. For example: Say you have your taskbar at the bottom, and the dock on the bottom, the dock would sit on top of it, and if you had the the taskbar on the top, and the dock on the top, the dock would sit right underneath it.
It'd be pretty awesome, at least I think.

It would be nice to see "restore window from dock" effect - opposite of "minimize to dock" effect
hey i'd like to see that you can change the position according to wherever we want it on the sides of the screen, as it is in moby dock. e.g. instead of having it only go bottom to bottom left or right... we could keep it in between so its not completely to a specific side. does it make any sense or should i re-write it?
I have a request...no Windows enhancements.
Make it pure Mac only.
Or you could always have it do my dishes, finish my homework, and clip my toenails for me...oh yeah, and think for me too...yeah, that'd be sweet.
