You can extract an IEView template to any directoy you want.
The only important thing is: you *have* to leave the directory structure of the template intact. When loading a template, IEView sets the base directory to the directory from which the .IVT file was loaded and all other paths need to be relative to this directory.
For some reason, I get a strange problem, when I get a message, a container appears, but I dont see any messages. If I open a window myself and send a message, i can see them. I have the most recent everything. Does anyone know why?

Yes, bug in IEView with grouping mode enabled.
You can fix (or workaround - it is already fixed in the source for the next release) it by doing either:
a) don't let containers open automatically (and minimized)
or
load a few history events (in Miranda options -> Message sessions -> Message Window - on the "Message Log" tab at the very bottom of the dialog, you can specify how many old events you want to load when a message window opens.
P.S. This assumes you're using tabSRMM.
lol now I understand why ieview 1.0.1.9 doesn't work for me. I got the same problem as Vague and had to roll back to 1.0.1.7.

Can somone tell me what I need to enable to see status changes in the window?

(tabsrmm)Message Sessions > Message Window > Message Log > Log status changes and enable status changes on IEView too.
if the template doesnt have status change implemented you wont see it.

no ! all you are doing wrong is that your tabsrmm icons are not put into the plugins folder... or you have to select them under your options menu. no need for reinstalling anything. its exactly what is says is the problem your icons are selected.

Yeah, tabsrmm_icons.dll need to place to right place. Example Miranda IMPlugins directory then makesure "Icon DLL" under Miranda "Options -> Message Sessions -> Message Window" and choose tab "Tab and layout" -> "Create tabs and containers" is show "pluginstabsrmm_icons.dll"
so is there a way to change the avatars in the latest ichat bubbles set up yet? or atleast to change yours (the one on the right).
Well, noavatar will be yours, and on the toolbar, click the avatar option, and select "load a picture as avatar."
You pretty much have to do this for everyone. Unless they have an avatar already.
New IEView is out and I also updated my tabSRMM.
The new ieview has lots of new features like full Unicode support, RTL support, many bugfixes (especially memory leaks), new variables to use in templates and more.

@Shivan: i've just downloaded the latest build of IEview and Tabsrmm and something strange's happening with miranda. Everytime I start miranda, I got an error message "Iconpack: unknown version, load anyway?" and my Yahoo account isn't automatically connected, I have to connect to Yahoo manually.
Any idea? THanks in advance dude

Anyway how do u download new version? I cant get the website on, its seem to be down
