Hi, first time poster here.. One feature i would really like to see in the next release would be the ablility to automatically add drives from My Computer to the dock. I have an mp3 player and it would be really neat if every time i plugged it in to my pc, an icon automatically came up on the dock..
if i add it manually, and then remove my player and reboot, the icon changes to a white page and the link doesnt work properly once re-inserted.. i think it would be cool to be able to select which drives will automatically appear on the dock.

Would it be possible to have setting to offset the launcher from the center of whichever monitor edge it is currently on..
IE:
if the launcher is on left or right side then able to move its default placement up or down
if the launcher is on top or bottom then able to move its default placement left or right

External Drives Support... I mean, when I add a External Drive to the dock, the icon shows up and the shortcut works fine, but when I unplug it I get a dialog screen saying that RK Launcher must close, and it would be nice if the icon just 'goes away' when unplugging the device.
By the way, thankies for RK Launcher ^.^. It Rules!

I would like an option to remove the program (mini)icon of the mimized window thumbnail. I just don't like it :|
i would like to see restore support for the genie and scale effects, it says that there is support added in the latest nightly build, i tried it but it still does not work, i would also like to see the suck effect in version 0.5. raduking if you have a mac, go to the terminal and type in the command
defaults write com.apple.dock mineffect suck. after that log out and then log back in and you should be good to go. you can always go to dock preferences and change to genie or scale later.
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but what I'd REALLY like to see in RKL is minimised window's captions to be updated.
I've noticed that they stay the same as when the window was minimised. For example, download windows change their caption as the download progresses. Having to call up the window to see how far it's gotten is, admittedly, a quick job, but slightly annoying.

RK Launcher needs to support flyout menus.....That (& the inability to spawn multiple docks) is the only thing keeping me from dumping ObjectDock Plus. I will say that I like how RK "looks" much more than ODP--meaning the spacing between icons & sepreators.
The ability to turn off "feature" where applications are minimized to the dock so that they can minimize to the Start Bar like normal.

i have to commend you for writing much better animation than OD, OD's animation is horribly cpu intensive, and sloww.

RK launcher is great. But the animation could be a tad smoother and i hate the fact that my dock keeps disappearing everytime i click on the show desktop button or press "windows icon"+D.
I hope this will be fixed in the next version.
What about multi-display support? I want to put my RKLauncher in my 2nd display.
i would like to see dock resizing so that when you minimize a window to the dock it gets smaller in order to show the whole dock on the screen. still waiting for restore support on scale (and now genie) since version 0.3.

Suggestion: The ability to lock just one item, (Recycle Bin) to allow things to be dropped onto it easier. Or ability to lock a section (From end to separator, separator to separator.)

I didn't see this mentioned elsewhere in the thread, but having an "Add Shortcut" option when right-clicking on the dock would be cool. It's a feature used in ObjectDock and while I don't expect all of these dock programs to be clones of each other, it is a pretty useful thing and makes adding new program shortcuts very easy. You right click, click "Add Shortcut," and then configure that shortcut to the program and icon you want.
Other than that, the obvious (and mentioned before, but hey, popular demand, right?) would be System Tray support - something to view the contents of the System Tray, be it a regular feature of the program itself or a fix to allow ObjectDock Tray (http://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?...D=3916&LibID=29) to work.
For you first suggestion, consider dragging and dropping first.
