Please take a look at the release notes, and make sureyou have the latest drivers and DirectX 9 installed on your system before installing this new release.

MOBYDOCK DX 0.75 release notes:
Important:
- Microsoft DirectX 9 is required to run MOBYDOCK DX.
- Make sure you have the latest graphics card drivers installed on your system
- For Nvidia use Detonator-Drivers with a Version-Nr. greater or equal to 43.45 !
- For ATI use Catalyst-Drivers with a Version-Nr. greater or equal to 3.2 !
- Do not install MOBYDOCK DX 0.75 over a previous version of MOBYDOCK.
ALWAYS make a fresh install.

Look / Behavior
- vastly improved speed
- rewritten magnification-effect (more accurate)
- smoother sliding item movement
- more icon bouncing options (nr. of jumps, speed, height)
- new start animation
- new auto-hide animation (optional a delay before reappearing)
- better outlined text (item labels)
- new text animation (fade in/out following items zooming)
- new background (WinXP default look)
- new default icon set (WinXP default look)

Menus / Items
- new contextual menu entries: close, lock item, new instance, stay in dock (depending on which item you are clicking)
- open, show and minimize functionality when items are clicked
- new separator menu (add new item, add / remove recycle bin and clock, control panel and quit entries)
Taskbar Funcionality
- all running applications and folders are shown in mobydock
- snapshots are taken when taskbar-items get minimized via the dock or the window minimize button
- ignore-list for taskbar-items (for applications / folders / window-classes you don't want to see in the mobydock-taskbar)
- set your custom image for every application, window-class, folder or drive
(subfolders of customized folders inherit the custom image)
- Stay in dock menu entry for taskbar items
Shell Integration
- drag & drop functionality for copying / moving files to a folder item in mobydock (you will see an overlay)
(use control-key to change between copy/move)
Other
- more "readable" ini-files (with sections and keywords)
- new background rendering options trought a background.ini file (allows new creation possibilities)
- separate thread for the trash-state checking (should stop possible freezes)
- new font, icon-bouncing and priority options added (control panel)
old, but cool
- POP3-email-checker for up to 3 accounts (overlay on mail-item shows number of new mails)
- contextual menu for the most common media-players: Play, Pause, Stop, Next Track, Previous Track (Winamp 2.x, QCD, Windows Media Player, Sonique 2)
