doing a little catching up... I got my MacBook Pro on May 7th, I've already broken the original power atapter (it was replaced with no questions asked) and scratched the screen when I knocked a shelf off of the wall and a glass object broke and rolled up on it and hit the screen hard enough to scratch it on the lower left corner, but did no other damage. I got a 30GB iPod photo last april, mesed around and broke it in January, and rushed out to get a new 30GB Video the next morning.

Nah, their delivery times were too long and this was my birthday present from my Husband - so we needed it quicker. We went to PC World

My new iMac will be here on Thursday! Woo! This is great, considering it was estimated to ship on Friday and be here on the 20th, so this is basically getting here a week early almost. Yay!

Don't remember if i alrdy said it but I am a happy owner of a brand new white macbook 2Ghz but with only 512 RAM but I got a 250€ rebate with my bank here in France, I just love it but I wish I could have 2Go of RAM but it's too expensive.
Well I finally switched and MAC NOTEBOOKS are just great. Now I have to get an APPLE Desktop yay !

mac mini arrived today...uprated specs too! I'll be a bit quiet for a couple of days...maybe.
Mac mini won't accept my wep...even though it's seen the network...tried a load of stuff... $ and other crap...don't really want to reconfog the router...there's a couple of other machines on the network.
I will find a work around after I've drunk lots more beer however...cheers skips.
Disable the WEP for a little bit--I had the same problem with my Macbook. I disabled it, surfed the internet for a bit, and then tried re-enabling it (and changing the config settings). It worked!

Just bought my first iPod
Bought the Silver Nano 2G 2gb and i'm filling it up. Was hard to get it in the store, too much people and had someproblems with my fidelity card for the 5%

PS: as for airport acting up with WEP, I too had a hard time with it, I ended up disabling WEP on my router. I'm instead using a MAC filter, which I find far better than WEP since MAC address is hardcoded within your airport/wifi devices. If your router supports such option, I would highly recommend it
Thanks for that duy...I bypassed the WEP by plugging onto the ethernet port on the router, the mac found and configured instantly...and it's found the pc, so I'm busy transfering files over at the mo'.

Its very easy to switch mac addresses though. My very first issue of 2600 even told how.

I'm happy with my 5th Gen 30GB Black video iPod. With the new firmware upgrade, it's almost like it's a whole new model!
I gotta get a mac sometime . Love the way it look, the way it acts... Right. Now for the money.
