as a fix though try deleting the values in the registry, VOSBL is located under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\KUNG FU\BOOTLOAD\
You could also try editing them yourself by putting the delay to around 1000 and entering the path of the image yourself then run the config again.

I can't wait for that either! Does anyone know of any free utilities to cut boot time? Both at the boot screen and at the desktop? Other than the program that Microsoft put out?

I noticed a slight problem with the program. It seems when the service is running, only accounts with Administrator privileges can log in successfully. A limited account user or power user will just stall at login, then will be left with nothing but their wallpaper. The next version of this program should allow these lower privileged accounts to login and still use the loading screen.
I know I certainly would want this since I like to avoid running as an administrator all the time.

The new program should be available from osx-e.com when it is back up and running.
The docks are supposed slide up after the boot progress step on the osx so I wouldn't want to change that.

Tom has stated that when he is finished testing and tweaking the application to a level he is happy with, he will release it.
To the "when is he gonna release it? etc" crew, please be patient. Need I remind you all that the developers work on these things in thier spare time, and if tom requires testers, he himself will ask. So, just chill people. It's coming.. :naughty:

I want to use Reshacker to replace SPLASH image. But i don't know what file that contain it ??
