I got everything set and it looks great but I'm having an odd problem with the Firefox program now. I can't set any personal settings, such as home page or default download folder. Everytime I try to down load a file or plug it tries....

This sounds like a profile problem. You need to wipe your old profile (feel free to backup bookmarks.html etc!). Under Start Menu, select Run... and enter %appdata%. Then open the firefox folder (or phoenix folder if you're using the 0.8 milstone release), and backup what you need to. Then delete the whole firefox (or phoenix) folder. When you restart firefox, it will automatically recreate a new profile. You can then reinstall your bookmarks and whatever extensions you like, as well as reapplying Lynchknot's saf8 theme.

Hi ladies I love my safari-fox and I want to thank you all for that. My gorgeous browser looks and work perfect. any suggestions how to get rid the space between zooms? I use toolbarext.jar.

Anyone know where this is set in a file so that I can try to modify it?

did you apply the bug fix for the preferences panel? that is what was causing the home page set bug. Look early in the thread.

Remove those buttons from the toolbar and use Ctrl-[+] and Ctrl-[-] instead ;-)

Sry to dig up this old topic annyways i luv what you did but everytime i download ur file from deviantart winrar tells me the file is corrupted and it can't extraxt classic.jar is there any other way i could download the file

time to dig up this post again :moon: if anyone reads this ... anyway, this is THE coolest skin ever! but.. like everyone here i'm having some problems. i'm supposed to move a tab.rar and user.css to a "application data/PHOENIX/defaut/xxxx.SIT/chrome. well, i can't find the folder "phoenix" anywhere and what is a xxx.SIT ? please help and thanks!

When I just finish replacing the GOOGLE icon, and when I start the GUI fix, with the icons........

I'm in customize, and I put the Compact menu icon in its place, and the top bar disappears, but all my back buttons and etc are still not in Safari format! They're still Firefox...........when I put them out, into the pool of icons, it becomes Safari, but when I try to implement them, it goes back being Firefox mode.......its ridiculous. The address bar and everything looks fine, its just the damn icons (back, forward home, etc)

Did I miss something out? or what? Someone help!?!??!?!

on top of that, It says in the manual that the Compact menu is "two a letters", I don't see anything that has two a letters.....dont' quite understand...

This skin has not been tested with the latest version of Firefox so there are chances that it does not work properly. This was designed to work with Firefox 0.7 or 0.8....
