The Best BitTorrent Client

Azureus is CRAP. Java apps suck...

µTorrent > all.

The official BitTorrent client really sucks, hard.

Azureus, which I am currently using, uses so much memory, an average of 50,000 K. BUt It's the best one out there next to uTorrent.

I used to have uTorrent. It was the best I have ever used, but I had connection problems with it, and even to the point that I cannot even connect with the internet.

Use Transmission http://transmission.m0k.org/ , I use it for Linux and it's great

The last time I posted in this thread was over two years ago!

I have since upgraded to an iBook, then to a MacBook and now I am deeply in love with transmission. Although on windows, the best client is surely uTorrent.

yeah, uTorrent is probably the best torrent client on the pc, as transmission is on the mac.

uTorrent has some performance issues when dealing with a firewall. I switched to BitComet because of them, and have had no problems since then.
