AdiumX skin for Miranda

cool skin, great work.

got it to work by redownloading modern clist plugin

how do you change the message window? (not IEVIEW) i mean the window outside.

The private information can be removed by hand from the database(there was a plugin that did this but I don't think it has been updated for the nightlys yet http://miranda-im.org/download/details.php...iewfile&id=429).

I think that there are also 2 versions of Modern Contact List Layered

Jep, but removing them by hand is like removing a zillion entries in the db...

There is just one version of clist_modern, when you follow the second link it says in the first paragraph:

"A modification of modern contact list (not the layered one, but the old one) that has the aditional features[...]"

Yes there is a way to get the windows to adium style.

Download the IEView plugin and a template such as SmoothOperator....you will also need to download the TabRSMM plugin to run IEView.

Downloaded the plugins and after some config problems i finally made it look audium style.

Although its pretty annoying with all these different plugins you need.

That was one of the mayor reasons why i switched to Trillian.

(Same thing: Firefox <-> Opera)

Anyway...

for now, you'll have to do it like I said it in the readme, there is an entry in the options, but artem forgot to implement it correctly, but this should be fixed with the latest release of clist_modern

hell yeah, its just way too much hassle and besides we all know trillian is far more superior. and there are some really great skins for it. i too wish someone would make modding miranda much more simpler with only one plugin.

I've been rummaging around in Miranda for ages now and I still can't find the option to turn these things off. Any help is appreciated.

Hi been playing around with miranda trying to get this work, and i get this with no icons at the top.

Now does this mean that i can't get it as explained by philou, i am currently using the Modern Contact List Mod, posted on the first page.

Any suggestions would be helpful thanx.

EDIT - Don't worry i found the solution was to untick "Pin To desktop".

Allright, it's me again

Finally i got my contact list and my message window changed to AdiumX-Style. Thanks again for all the info about the plugins.

Just two questions about the message window (see attachment):

1. how can i translate "Conversation not started yet" at the top into german?

2. where are the buttons for changing the text format (bold, italic, underlined)?

Hopefully someone can give me some advice (again).
