I got it to work in Y'z dock so yes, it is possible for those of you who are wondering. Also, the bottom arrow stays put for me. Or at least, it has. I probably just jinxed it!

Ok...no problem, for I have been following this thread from the very beginning, and just saw your updated ver:2.0 (alpha) posted @WinCustomize...Being a YzDock0082 user, it's also great that our talented members are staring to get it to work with YzDock...
I see in yours comments that you have tested in on Win2k, and it was kind of you to join our great community...Will be lloking forward to seeing more of your comments @WinCustomize, and what great Aqua skins that our members will create for the latest version of your very neat app...
Very cool!! A huge improvement over the original. Got it all working perfectly too. took a while tho, cos I accidentally deleted my old kkmenu.ini file 
I can't seem to find KkMenu at wincustomize... And the link to KkMenu 2 in this thread is broken... Can somebody hook me up (or at least point me in the right direction)?

I have no idea why, but it seems that it was taken off of Wincustomize.org. I searched for it today to read the comments and it's nowhere to be found. I'm glad I downloaded it when it was up.
When I publish an update at wincustomize, it takes upto 5 days waiting for the approval. During this time, the currently being updated item is (for whatever reason - I have no idea - ask please the wincustomize webmaster) temporarily unavailable.

hey i hear some of u guys got the kkmenu 2 to work on y'z dock
can u give me some brief instructions i got the old one to work but this one seems a bit more stubborn

its pretty much the same as before the only difference being that once you add the menu to yz dock, for the arguments section put the two ini files you want to use so for example "Office.ini Milk.ini" is what I'm using and it works out fine.

is it the case that one cant change the icon size in kkmenu if you're using
it with Yz Dock ? Well i only can change the font size but not the icon size.
changing the number in the ini-file has no effect when youre using Yz Dock! :nuts:
By the way...does anybody know how you can make the background
of kkmenu transparent (only the background and not the icons).
I tried to change this with photoshop, but when i scroll over the
transparent background it becomes more and more white color, so
after ten times scrolling over the background it is not transparent anymore :nuts:
any ideas ?

Did you want any of the menu to show? I edit the png file and took out the white and left the shadow, and it works perfectly, it's hard to read that way, but works great. I did use PSP8 to do it. Tell me exactly what it is you wanted and maybe I can do it for you.

ok, i also edited the png file...i set down transparency and saved the edited
png-file. so the png-file was a little bit transparent. then i put it into the kkmenu
folder and by starting up kkmenu, the menu looked very nice and transparent too.
but when you choose a program in the menu then the transparency disappears, so
i got a white non-transparent menu again (the more you scroll over the menu with your mouse the less transparent is the menu). the png file i use is "kk menu aqua.png"
you can do something to help me (and of course others wanting a transparent
kkmenu

Here's an aqua style one I whipped up using the original which was way too beveled. This is closer to OS X true appearance, but with a smaller shadow cause I usually use darwin mini if using winfx anyways 
P.S. please bear with my provider they seem to be slow lately, but the images will appear, and the download will load, eventually

Please tell me anyone this menu is only .exe, no documents. For example xxx.doc or xxx.xls only executables. If for documents tell meplease. Thanks.
There is more explanation on Wincustomize for the skin. The author only posts on there.
