First off, when you purchase iTunes Skin Manager, you are only purchasing 1 license. Hence the whole point of requesting a registration key. When you request your registration key, you must request the key from the PC you intend using iTunes Skin Manager on. If you install the program on another PC and use the same key, the program will not run because the key will be invalid.

Now, from the information given, I am getting the impression you have not requested registration from any PC yet. Do you happen to have any debuggers such as Softice or something similar running? To prevent cracking and things of this nature the program will scan for these programs among many others and determine whether it is safe to load up or not and will close without warning or error.

I undertand that debuggers are used for ligitimate reasons among software developers and the like but it's just an extra step I must take to futher enhance the protection implemented into iTunes Skin Manager.

ok. well your first option would be to uninstall iTunes Skin Manager.

After it's uninstalled, find the install directory and delete the complete directory.

Then, reinstall iTunes Skin Manager but use the default installation directory given which is "Program FilesRunasoftiTunes Skin Manager"

then, restart your PC.. Run iTunes Skin Manager. You should be prompted with the Registration dialog. Download your key by logging into your account and click "Browse For Key File".. browse for the newly downloaded key and click open. iTunes Skin Manager should load up and all should be fine.

hmm... This is pretty strange. I have not encountered anything like this before.

Let me make sure I understand you properly.

"You purchased, installed and you were able to get to the Registration window ONCE"

Now, you don't get anything when you attempt to launch iTunes Skin Manager.

Have you tried restarting ? iTunes Skin Manager won't load up multiple copies of itself.

So if something happened where it crashed or was hidden, the exe may still be running in memory. If you don't want to restart, atleast hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE and end any processes found containg the iTunes Skin Manager name.

------------------------------------------------------------

Ok, now let's do something a little more drastic. Delete any Skin Manager setups you have downloaded. Uninstall Skin Manager and delete it's install Directory as before, goto Run, type Regedit and hit enter, find the key located at "HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareiTunesSkinManager". Delete the "iTunesSkinManager" key.

Now, restart your PC. Login into your Runasoft account and please redownload iTunes Skin Manager. Install iTunes Skin Manager and let me know what happens. I'm not sure why the program would just all of sudden just refuse to run if it had already run once. The only thing I can think of is a corrupted setup file, a background instance of the program running or a debugger running of some sort.

Please make sure you follow and do all of the above step by step. Please do not ASSUME that your exe files are ok or that you can skip a step.

If this still does not work, please email me at skinmanager_bugs@runasoft.net so that we can debug together. I will send you a program which you will need to run on your PC which will return error codes that will aid in me fixing your problem.

I'm sorry Nate Dogg, but I don't work for paypal nor do I know every single policy they uphold. All I can tell you is what I've grabbed from thier site regarding Limited Status accounts..

With limited account access, you may be unable to use sensitive account features until certain steps are completed. You can find specific information on why your account access was limited and how to restore access by logging in to PayPal. Simply log in to your account and on the Account Overview page, click the Click to Resolve link in the Resolution Center banner.

I hope I have been of service to you.

Ok, well i'm not really sure exactly what problems you are having. I wish I did so that I could help you. If you have a credit card, you don't even need to sign-up for a paypal account. You can just use the "Don't have a paypal account" button when you are purchasing iTunes Skin Manager.

Does anyone know which image or List color you have to edit to change the color of the current song that playing?

What i mean is... when you play a song, the song/artist/album scroll and the little slider moves showing the current position in the song. I want to change the color of the song/artist/album in that LCD-like section.

unfortunately, this feature is currently unsupported. Pretty much what can be edited in Skin Creator is all that can be edited in iTunes. I apologize but it's limitations in iTunes not Skin Creator.. Sorry
