@michaelau32488: thanks man, glad you like it. however, don't know if I'd advise you to re-install windows for this, I mean, all you could get is the "no-bottom-buttons bug" in which case you'll be very frustrated <_<
@all: Work on Calendar is going steady, I might release 1.3 later today with some visual upgrades and a couple of bug fixes. Hope this finds you well.
@update: My mom was recently in a car accident, and she's risking not walking again, so I'm going to visit her to the states for a week or two. Development is delayed till I get back and all. Thanks all.

A lot of visual improvements that make the application overall better-looking (I know, I know, I talk good!) Also fixed a lot of tiny bugs, too many to mention.

@edit: i messed up, you can't directly upgrade this version, you must download the entire zip or rar and install it again replacing all files, at least the image directory and the .exe, you can leave your data directory untouched.
Also, i forgot to upgrade the day and month view, so I fixed it. Fixed version is already up, in case you're wondering why your day/month view looks like 1.2

thanks man mom's good tho, i mean, she just has to take good care of herself and not walk for like a month, then chances are good she'll walk again. it's ok thought, she's staying positive and so am i.

Obviously you have done a superb job here. Thank you for this great app. I just wish I could get it to work correctly. I am having the same problem as Ghostwalker. And its not really just the bottom portion that is cut off, but the right side as well. It's as if the window is not being drawn large enough for the app's interface.
Here are my specs:
128MB GeForce 3, 1920x1200 dvi resolution
XP Pro SP1
Sorry same problem with right side also forgot to mention that , my specs GeForce4 MX 420 1280 x 1024 xp home sp1

I wonder if everyone is using an OLD install of .NET and just expected it to work.
Installed the latest net after he released this to make sure that wasnt the problem.

you have to set the name first then color or it will be blue regardless of what color its set to

with the window problem.. maybe there is something your running thats conflicting with the window size of the calender...
just a though..
Maybe I guess I havnt tried shutting down anything that Iam running,will try this.
Shut everything down except for system needs and still no difference.
