mine doesnt work i try to search and this error pops up, sorry to interrupt you, but i am not able to connect to the google website. can you check for me if there is an active internet connection? thanks well i know for a fact that im on the net and i can go to google with firefox so whats the deal ? can you help me ? and no its not the firewall i turned it off and tried that too

This is so cool, but do this search bar support multi language?

I just tried Korean it doesn't seem to be working.....

all it does is displaying strange boxes....

However really cool on English though....

Hi there,

i have a problem with the searchbar. When i set the Desklett "Always on Top" it would be everytime updated when the screensaver running... 8-(. And then my notebook needs over 60% CPU-Resource...

Any solution for this?

For the always-on-top-problem: I fixed it by making an almost transparent PNG. Just open Photoshop, load icon.png from the images-folder of the desklet, delete everything in the picture, fill it with something like 50% grey, set the transparency to 1% and everything's fine. Don't set the opacity to 0%, that won't work because you won't have anything to click on

It's just the problem that you can't click on buttons under the image though it is completely transparent. But then again, there aren't many programs that have buttons up there, except for the Windows picture viewer, that is.

Erm its absolutely fantastic and all but all i can do is search....

when i click on the first page e.g. Search :> CNN

Results from Google :

1. Cnn.com bl;ah blah blah blah blah

bklahb blhaoasidjod

2. CNN.com blach lbhalhdfsijf etc etc

when i click on one of the options it doesnt do anything.

If i double click on the option it doesnt do anything. Am i missing something or does the app literally just search but not allow you to open the page its showing up?

this must be a mac on my Sony Vaio PC thing, cause it's not coming up with any search returns, and I can not set the images, other than the icon. Also note that the text field is on the Right off about 120 pixels and I can not get to the configure meters properties tab?

what I am trying to say is this, is this application built for mac's only?

When I load the search bar, the defalut blue question mark come up and I have to point it to the icon image, this is the only image that comes up.

when I click the image to conduct a search, there is no responce or indication that the application is working.

there is a white text field that pops up to the right about 200 pixiels off to the right, again no other images, just the blank text field.

I then enter a word to search, then press enter with the return key, then the text field disapears and no search returns.

nada.

I have tried this again, then again no searchs at all
