I posted about these tweaks over at Neowin.net, and some people have been getting problems which no one here has encountered.  I was wondering if anyone had insight into what's going on.

His machine won't recognize the mask color for transparency in the shortcut glyph.  Its just plain black and white.

Well...  Problem is well described, but I don't have the foggiest idea what could have made that happen...

I had the same exact problem. I had to reformat YET AGAIN! (RFed last weekend)

Is there any way to have this NOT happen? Please help...it worked before.

i tried the set from osx-e.com, the .bmp aren't transparent.

I'm was working on a better version of the bitmaps/cursors. But unfortunately my notebook went down and I have to wait for it until HP returns my love to me. Stand by, I believe I can do something for some of you.

Hey I have fixed my problem, I got a new 32-bit bitmap that works with those who had the problem of your cursor showing on the left side of the edited image! Download now and tell me what you think! There is one problem of white showing around the edges that has something to do with the black/white image thing. But it works! If you can fix it, tell me
