nope 
smilies now depends on whatever skin, so if your using say that skin, we can have black smilies,
that mockup is pretty good, just makes you blind after awhile

Sorry, but I don't think there's a better logo for site integration than the current simple a-s text logo. IMO, Fer's logo doesn't work on these pages, nice as it may be.

Also think its time we revamp the Board Guidelines, Help, Search, Members, and Calendar buttons. Anyone gooooot any ideas on what to replace em with?
Board Guidelines = A Belt or a ruler
Help = Something along the lines of the present one.
Search = A blinking magnify glass that when you mouseover it says "Use it Noobie"
Members = An AV with glasses and buck teeth cause we're all Geeks
Calender = iCal icon

How about changing the Hot Topic image. It looks like an orange ice cream bar with vanilla in the middle. Oo. those sound good right now.

for when you go to 2.0, why not bring back the radio buttons to select what type of thread it is... e.g. [help], [request]... make it mandatory, so the thread cannot be created until one is selected.
