Its there for the next release 
awesome simply awesome but I can only use em for a couple seconds and then they freeze on me. once the freezing porblem is corrcted these will definatly be close to perfection. Way to set the standard high Tadis.

I got an error (after about 1 hour)
invalid floating point operation____abort___cancel
I clicked cancel and nothing happened. The wearher widget kept right on working. I have Pentiun4 3ghz 800mhz bus, 1gig pc400 dual channel ddr RAM. The widhet looks and works great, just got that error.

oh man this left me in AWE! Some amazing vbscripting man, wonderful. The weather config is now in my main config permanantly.
wow this is approaching onto the ease of setting up stuff like weather in desktopx. not to mention the farther abilities this object has over any dx object. :woot:
The configs are awesome, but weather wont display information - just the "executed error" and when I refresh samurize the script crashes it. The winamp control script has crashed too.

Ok there is ONE tiny little problem with it. For people with more then a gig of memory, it doesnt show the first digit (ie mine is 1,098 and it only shows 098)
Its a very easy fix tho, just drag a box, but i feel the release should be 100 complete and not require such things.

each time i click on the winamp docklet and weather docklet it always asks me what country and stuff im from... stuff to set it up which should only be displayed once when u first install it, is there a way to fix this? or will yah lookin to it

-every time you move a widget, it prompts for the configuration info again.
This would be a killer set if these killer bugs could be worked out. Good luck. It will be worth the work.

Firstly, thanks guys for the kind comments, now to address a few issues:
1) Memory Problems & Crashing: I'm not totally sure why there are so many memory problems, but as I've said I'm going to talk to the Sam developers to see what they think (when samurize.samurize is back up).
2) A few points I forgot to mention, Mesh, an aqua-soft member, had already posted a download link to the my site before I'd written up the full tutorial and it was on the frontpage here before I opened this thread, so I was a little rushed with instructions.
3) The little LED in the top-right corner of the media widget is your on/off button, depending on which media player you have selected, it will switch it on/off.
4) The big icon on the weather & media widgets acts as a configuration button, whenever you click on it, it will bring up the configuration (this way you can change your location/media player at the click of a button). Therefore, if you want to drag the widget choose somewhere other than these icons to drag.
5) Clicking on the condition e.g. fair, mostly cloudy etc... in the weather widget will link you to the corresponding webpage for the full weather.com experience.
I'll be posting more info (hopefully a full tutorial) on my website when I get home tonight.

Edit: I'm also temporarily hosting the latest version of Sam on my website (Click Samurize in the Nav Bar at the top). For people having problems, I'd suggest reinstalling the latest version of Sam and then restarting the widgets a few times.

When I use the media widget (w/ itunes, don't know if that matters) the first time I use the pull down menu it is fine, but when I roll the menu back up it freezes.

Regarding the script freezing problem, I know this is an issue and I've been trying to get to the Samurize forums to see what the great powers that be think (poor guys are having hosting issues).
I think the problem is to do with any external script trying to access the client.exe at the same time as some other process and this causes something to stop working. Even if you press the refresh key too often the client crashes.
Please bear with me on this point for now...

I unisntaled Samurize 1.20 with uninstall and went to the registry and deleted all the entrys saying Samurize, then i installed 1.25 and i dont have 1 single problem.
Working great.
