Very good. I would be very happy to test this out for you, as im getting ready to reformat everything anyway. my system xpHE sp1 512ram 2.53 ghz. I presently have packs sysmod installed via crokas installer. Not sure how much of an issue this would be if any. This is NOT an installer is it, am I correct in assuming that these are the individual files?
If you would like me to go ahead and test this out please pm me and I will give you my email addy.
Well I'm just going to include every size for XP and then only the normal sizes for other color formats. Some icons are never displayed in certain sizes so those of course will just be their normal sizes.
If anyone has ever downloaded the AquaXP MSN Messenger skin from JabInc you'd notice it is like a 4mb file. However, if you actually open the files in ResHacker half of the graphics replaced in the files are just toolbar icons that will only be displayed in one size ever. JabInc was lazy and just replaced them with every size possible, thus making a huge download.
I don't mind doing the icon replacement because I've done it 3 times before when I last did this. The only thing I hate is when ResHacker sometimes corrupts my files when I save them too much. Although I've switched to Resource Tuner so now that should hopefully be fixed.
If you want to test the files before I release them please send me a message. Also, if you want non-SP1 files and can send them to me, message me and I will let you know where you can FTP them to. Otherwise don't complain if there are no files for non-SP1 systems, lol.
EDIT: I will include an installer, but it will not be a complete package. It will just be a single file like "setup.exe" in XP that will just access the individual files from a folder and copy them to their respective folders.
Something you all might be interested in as well is I have a hacked sfc_os file which controls Windows File Protection. If you replace the file on your system with the hacked file Windows will never display Windows File Protection dialogues asking you to insert the cd to replace the hacked file with the original.
Just put a link to the beta version here in the forum and I'm sure almost everyone will try and download it 
(make sure that you put BETA though to avoid flaming )
Unfortunately the BETA idea doesn't quite work well for stuff like this.
For one I'm only alloted so much bandwidth per month. I'd hate to kill bandwidth with the BETA and then no one would be able to download the final release.
If everyone downloads it, and there is a major flaw that just doesn't work right (toolbars gave me major problems last time I did this, but I fixed it) or a file is corrupt and causes the system not to boot (msgina.dll can do that), then that happens to everyone. Also, if I fix things everyone would have to download the zip files again.
Basically I just want to make sure everything is okay before everyone downloads the files. I wish I still had screenshots of when my files were installed before but they are long gone, and I haven't installed the files on my system in a long time.

Welcome back man...I'm not sure if you will even remember this, but back in May 03, when I was first getting 'hooked' and completely fascinated by the wonderful world of Mac emulations, you were kind enough to assist me with some of your AVI files (Candycane) progress bars, ect...
You instructed/educated me in using ResHacker, and lol making sure that I did not attempt to hack shell32.dll while still in use...Always putting a copy of the shell32 on my desktop and proceeding from there...
Being completely new/n00b at the time, you were a refreshing source of valuable info that I will never forget...
Will be following this thread closely, and for those new members, this man's work is very good!

Alright. I FINALLY finished the guide I was working on for another site. If you care to see what has been consuming my time for the last 3 days straight take a look:
I've now started working on the files. Expect a release hopefully tomorrow. The guides and installer and all that extra stuff will be completed afterward.

ALRIGHT. Finally, I am done with my files. Well, basically. Together, ALL of the files zipped are 30MB, so if anyone has can mirror the files that would be great. I want a couple of people to test them before I release a link, so if you want to contact me through here and I'll send you a link and tell you how to install them.
So far they're working great on my machine, but I want to make sure they work on other peoples as well.
