Man, what a nice job on this wonderfully clean looking Macish skin for MSN Messenger 6.1(6.1.0155) Final...I made sure that I had just completed my 'clean install' of the lastest Mseenger version, and then deleted my MSN Messenger Directory in Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger...
The installer worked fast and smooth with no errors (not that I thought there would be:)
I really like the OSX & Panther background options, and was able to remove the default Messenger tabs, by the method stated by Seph, a couple of threads back...
This is well worth the D/L, and I am quite pleased with the soothing Macish GUI changes, and for all members who would like to 'sample' some more fine work from him , don't forget his cool Aqua Task Manager files...

Well is it normal that the icon is soo jaggy?

well to a point it cannot be avoided, because that image actually is a bitmap with magic pink so blending isn't supported :nuts: . but i have given it a look and changed it to the next best thing

as for the polygammy... lemme think about it. i personally dont see it as a problem, since i use it on occasion, but if there are enough ppl wanting it removed ill make a patch to remove it.

whats the rpoblem with having poligamy? if you use it great, its there already! if you dont why would it even matter? dont see apoint in making a whole new release for it..
Just my two cents... maybe theres some issues i have not encountered by having poligamy on...

since i cant read what it say's im not exactly sure, but i think if u click it, u get an option to turn it off. <_< i hope thats right nyway.

Yes, this yellow box is also on the 'English' version...it reads the following:

What I did to eliminate this glaring MS eye sore, was click on the link, then 'choose not to particiapte in this survey'...the yellow box then disappeared...
Now I will start up MSN Messenger again, and hope that this dam ugly yellow box is not there...Ok, this seems to do the trick...
this skin is very nice but I have a little problem with it.
Indeed I have installed the 6.1.0155 and I have Applied the patch but my msn isn't like the screenshot ?

If polygamy's enabled and you click on (for example) a dock icon to messenger, it starts a new instance.
It's nothing massive, I know, but it really gets on my nerves at times, 'cos I'm used to monygamy... :6
I've got some kind of problem with MSN,
i made a mistake but i hope it's not a bad one, i first deleted the whole Microsoft folder in application data, some of it is still left, i then installed 6.1.0155 and then applied your patch and clicked Sign in but then this message came up with this text in it:
Sorry we could not sign you in because the sign-in name you entered does not exist or your password is incorrect.
If you have forgotten your password, please click Help in the main Messenger window, and then click Help Topics for instructions on resetting your password. 0x81000303
Now i tried to log in a couple more times but it didn't work and the thing is that's it's the right name and password since i logged into hotmail.com and it went just right so may i know what am i doing wrong????

I did everthing you said there Mr unknown but i can't get it to install because the file size differs. I know i have the right MSN version and also the patch version. Did a fresh install and everything still nothin will work.
yeah me too but thats becasue the beta 1055 is not anymore availabel, all the links link now to 2020 which is the latest...
Has anyone got the last build? the one this skin is made for? if so, could you kindly host it or send it to me?
