You installed the new version of AquaControls... that's what's causing it...

Mmanson didn't recompile his app with new dll's yet, so it won't work with the new versions of AC... And since he isn't replying, he's probably too busy at the mo...

I didn't have the aqua controls installed, i just installed them and this is what I get now..

I tried redownloading and didn't work.

After the fact on the second picture i tried restarting and then got the out of memory error :-/ Both computers run windows xp pro no sp1, amd athlon, 1.4ghz/celeron 500mhz 1gig ram/384ram and 10gigs on one 200gigs on other. I further tried to get it working but adding combatbility mode and got device I/O Error. :-/

ok i noticed something, if you have aquatunes on the same computer as the latest aqua apps they both will not work, you need to completly dlete one of them and delete the aquacontrols aswell. this should be fixed when his app is updated with the latest controls.

Recompiled with new aquaControls. just download http://musicdb.port5.com/aquaTunes/aquaTunes.rar for latest version

wow thats very very nice its comin along looking awesome!

but one question.. basicaly related to Aquacontrols.. do the Scrollers work right?

i mean like on all Aqua apps the scroller always is studdering and i cant drag it down it always wants to stay at the top so i have to ue buttons or scroll wheel? anyone else having same problem?

I don't know if this has been covered before but.

Any chance for m3u support? The import thing doesn't seem to import them. And it's a pain to import from each of my music folders cause of how many songs I have.

How about a mini mode for the player? The player with the playlist and everything takes up a lot of space on my screen even at 1280x1024 which is a bit of a pain when I got chat going and everything.

Also I got a VB error of some kind that said "this command can't be executed in this context" or something to the effect and it crashed.

:-/ Happens when I try to run the program. I have the latest aqua controls installed. And all the updated files.

Processor: Amd Athlon 1.4ghz

what you were doing when the problem occured. (importing?, playing, ...)

unfortunately i am very low on time latly, and the problems are seeming to be growing (some of the newer problems are connected to the 'aquafied' version of the songs listings...)

for some of the other problems, i have no idea what many of you did to create an error or be forced out of aquaTunes, if you dont tell me what you did to create the problem, i cant fix it, as easy as that...

i have noticed a bug: if you are using objectdock, and aquaTunes is running and you try to change the icon, it has exited out on me several times..., so dont try to change the icon, an icon will be coming soon..

i have said before, that if someone is interested in helping out with this, then please let me know (mmanson132@yahoo.com). if i cant get any help, then one of 3 things happens: 1) The project dies (no one wants that) 2) I donate the code that i have done so far to Jef (if he wants it?!?) 3) aquaTunes progress will be very very slow... if at all.

i didnt realize the work that would be involved in making a simple Mp3 player. I will have time to develop this more around may-april (major time) and some time around this years end. but besides the few hours i get here and there, i dont think that much progress will be made, just correcting bugs here and there.

the possibilities for aquaTunes is limitless. it can be an exact duplicate if the time can be spend doing what needs to be done...

i havent given up like some others in the past. i just am momentarily not focusing on aquaTunes entirely..

I was doing nothing when it occured, it just happens when I open the program. I don't see the Itunes, a window just popups up saying that.

I can open the program and then load music (add music) but when I double click on the song it doesn't play and I get an illegial operation and the program exits on me for some reason. (aborts)
