EDIT: I may be wrong, but for the Miranda Adium is perhaps Aux DotBitC or maybe 04b family...

It's a real Mac. I'm using Siro 2.2 as my GUIkit.
As for the font, it's called Silkscreen. Can be found here: http://www.kottke.org/plus/type/silkscreen/
Also there is no skin, all I did was reduce the opacity to 5% and remove the shadow from AdiumX.
