anyone know if this resolves the issue with crashing when syncing large numbers of files to a 5g video iPod?
Multi-Plugin 2.3 for iTunes 6
I tried this the last time I created Crimson for iTunes 6, but it seems that the 2 pixels on each side are being ignored... I've made a color code template: (Magnified 400%)
And the result:
As you can see, the black border are not being rendered; it started rendering 2 pixels from the outline (red), and the red border is hidden BEHIND the gray border... I'm not sure how to explain this but I'm sure you know what I mean..
Sorry for being such an PITA lol*, it's not really much of a trouble though, these borders problem..
Thanks yet again
Oh, I never noticed that.
I guess I'll have to rewrite the titlebar/border/corner skinning code.
It will fix some other small bugs as well, like the bug when you activate/deactivate the iTunes window and see the resizing corner changing to the original one for a moment.
localhost, thank you for that exceptional release.
Any hope for skining the artwork window in a later release, maybe?
@localhost: Thanks very much for your patience and hard work ![]()

@belgrano: Try creating a 195x195pixels 32b graphic and save it as iTunes_409.bmp in the Extended folder ![]()

All the bitmaps after the Equalizer background should not be changed - their numbers might be different on different computers or different instances of iTunes.
As I said, I'll eventually include video/album art window skinning.
Oh, didn't know about that one, my mistake.. sorry ![]()
This is possibly the best plug-in for anything in existance. Thankyou so much - I love this plugin ![]()
is anyone else having the problem that when you colorize a skin, and then restart itunes, the saturation always goes back to +100, no matter where you had it before.
I do sometimes get that problem Wezley... but sometimes it doesn't occur !!

can you post the value of ColorAdjustment in HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMPluginSettings after you choose the saturation you want and click OK in the preferences dialog?

I guess you didn't see my post regarding the Foobar2000 passthrough problem:
igo - I'm glad it worked out. What exactly did you need to do?
Ohhh.. . that's my bad mate... I didn't see that Post !!!
Anyways, Like u said I checked the permissions with Plugin Folder in iTunes Directory. I had all Read permission but the write permissions where not properly set. I Just took the owenership of the entire folder from Security panel in Folder Properties Dilogue box !! and Voila !! It worked... ![]()
OK, thanks
I'll fix that in the next version probably.
hey localhost, the coloradjustment value in the reg key is 0x0000009c (156)
I found the problem, it was a small signed/unsigned mismatch issue.
Until I upload the fixed version, you can set the saturation to any positive value or zero and it shouldn't happen.
Edit:
It's up now.
awesome work thanks a bunch!
localhost, I have a small issue: when I install/uninstall MP 2.3.1 and now, with 2.3.2 too, the installer (multi-plugin installer.exe - or something like that) keeps running in the taskmanager and I cannot make it quit even with 'end process'. It is not such a big deal, MP is ok, iTunes is working ok, only that the installer doesn't quit. Of course I can make it stop by loggind out and back in or by restarting, but I thought you should know.
Anyway, thanks again for that great piece of work. ![]()
@belgrano: Do u have Firewall Running ?? like Zonealarm or so? It is possible that it's not quitting because of that. it happenes sometime with me... not with mp but some other app
Yes, I have McAfee Personal Firewall Plus...
Hmmm... never thought it would cause that problem.
It basically happens sometimes with apps that are tryting to connect to internet... at first I was also baffeled why they won't go after doing end task.... then I closed my Firwall (ZoneAlarm) and the those apps also disappeared from Task Manager.
I guess they remain hooked to Firewall for accessing net and wudn't let go untill firewall shoo them off.. lol !!
lol, only with the stupid process management of Windows such thing could happen.
Reminds me of the bug that if a program has an infinite loop of beeps, winlogon.exe starts to use 100% CPU for quite a long time if the program isn't closed quickly.
It has already been discussed, it's a known issue and I'll fix it in an later release.

Yes. Doesn't matter what value I plug in, it goes to +100 as soon as I close preferences.
Missed the response. I get the same result with zero, however.
