I think you'll have that problem with all themes with a gradient background.

That is a known problem with TBE's progress meter on the tabs which exists on all versions of Tabbrowser Extensions. You have a choice: suffer your current problem, or survive without the progress meter in tabs.

To turn the progress meter off, go to Tab (in the menu bar) -> Tabbrowser Extensions Preferences -> Appearance -> Tabs. Uncheck the box where it says to show progress meter in tabs.

how come i dont have a close button on my tabs like everyone else? also i dont have a drop down arrow like the one compact menu has on all of my bookmarks. how can i fix this?
