I have to say that agon made a great job with his mod and his tutorial ,but if there is something that piss me off is this fake publicity.i havent complain about anything but if i release a mod i do it with everything that show on the screenshot,that way people dont ask about the icons that there isnt and that cant be released.thats the only thing i dont like,with this i dont want to offend anyone but this shouldnt be like this and i think there is many other people that think the same way as i do

I don't think he intended to release the complete package with icons and everything only the concept of how you can use the new clist to make it look like Adium. And because several people had asked in the December desktop screenshot thread he was kind enough to let people know HOW to achieve that look.

I don't see him taking credit for any icons or anything in the release so maybe you should think a minute before whining like a 5-year old kid that doesn't get his lollipop.

I speak because I am creative of skin and themes and when I make my works I include everything what leaves in my capture and when I do not include it I say it anyway good already I said to good tutorial and thanks before to it

I kinda agree with irey here. The mod is good and we're all thankful of agon for helping those who dont know , with a guide on how to get that look. The only complaint is against the on-screen use of stuff that wont be released ... as it kinda misguides the readers/downloaders (of the mod) leading them to believe that they'll be getting the exact look (with the icons et all) as is shown in the screenshot.

I'm speaking in a general sense here, not specifically about this mod.

before I begin, I would like to thank agon on putting the time in to compile and release this nice tutorial on how to adjust the properties of the CLIST_NICER plugin by pixel. Notice how I didn't mention anything other than the CLIST_NICER plugin.

I believe that agon just wanted to give a simple tutorial for the many people who coudn't be bothered with reading the oiginal release thread in the Miranda forums and figure it out themselves. He didn't claim to include everything to make a perfect Adium clone.

You're supposed to read the tutorial, then put in the work to make it look the way you want. There was no need to include items that were not related to the intended purpose.

You shouldn't be annoyed if someone sets out to help just becasuse he didn't lay down a golden path for you to follow. All you have to do is grab the bubbles that Seph plainly released and invert the colors.

I'm perfectly happy helping people out when asked but you just look foolish and lazy if you complain that you have to do your own work.

--alright, I'm done ranting for now, Time for me to go back to being nice, although I do see why the likes of Unbeliever and Duckie are always so cranky.

O.k as far as my miranda and MirandaDium Plus is going, i got it to look good!, However, does anyone have a clue how i am able to use smileys and make them display in messages??? Also how are you able to display ur own display picture and that of the other person's if this is possible???
