probably because u made it round, Contact List - List Background + , should be the "Round Corners" for the online people from what i can tell or it could just be that it wont work with the wallpaper well

Maybe because you selected a background in miranda's options. I think you're not supposed to do that with Mirandadium plus

You have to play with "margins" but i don't think its possible to get something wider as in the screenshot.
