[release] Pandion To Adium/proteus Mod

well, Pandion is giving quite a few users a headache, so here's what. Add me and I'll help you out step by step:

WOW this is the first I've heard of Pandion......downloaded already and am playin' around with it. One question.........is the avatar size the same size as buddy icons?

I can't get my buddy list to transfer, I have to manually put it on, I don't know whats wrong

@jpbushido99: a lot of people, myself included, have experienced this. My advice is to transfer them manually. However, if you have a lot of contacts, then maybe Pandion is just not suited for your needs.

@natedogg: There are no avatars in the message windows, as I'm going for a mod to simulate Seph's Adium skins. Maybe I'll do a mod in the future with avatars in the message windows, but as of now, no can do.

@duyvan82: As far as I know, there is no way to get multiple accounts on transfers.

@all: maybe we can get a nice Aqua-Soft Jabber thing going on. If you feel like adding me my jabber account is [holden]@jabber.org.uk. Tell me yours if you feel like shooting the bull.

Does anyone know where pandion stores contact lists? Or is that done purely server side with transports?

I think it's stored in documents and settings\your user name\ application data\pandion\profiles

but I'm not sure at all

Just wondering Holden what it means when under transports where it says that the network (AIM, ICQ, & MSN) is not registered??? I am trying to get some of my contacts moved into Pandion..................

if it says not registered, it means that you haven't sign in, just click on it and type in your username and password, it should be working. However, I can't import my contacts on AIM, I had to do it manually

you have to find a server with transports. a very good one is jabber.org.uk. Sign up for an account through panidon by clicking the sign up button on the Login screen. Put in your name, then put in yournick@jabber.org.uk and you password etc. Then, after you have done that and logged in, click tools>transports. Register with the AIM transport (if you want to use that) by typing your nick in the address box and your password in the password box and leaving Nickname blank.

Hi all, I'm sorry about the png thingy, I already fixed it (using gifs now.) As for the mod, it's getting an update soon (here is a teaser.) Just have to get permission from Yojimbo, creator of the message window skin for Adium. Anywho, as soon as I get that, I'll release the update. Hope this finds you well.

a little off topic is anyone having trouble connecting to the yahoo transport?

by the menu bar, like in your screen shot you don't have a file menu on your instant message window, but is that do to object bar?
