First off to our colleague from Germany, stefanKa...Nice work as usual!

Out of curiosity, what Firefox theme is everyone using to compliment this VS?

Lynch has only updated a couple of his skins until FF 1.0 is released, and who can blame him...

Hills has some real nice 'ss' but I have not tried one yet...I guess trying out one or two of his works, but does this involve replacing the default Winstripe.jar, and replacing other files??

EDIT**** Ok...Just reviewed the 14 Pg Safarifox thread.....

Also, glad to see that WindowsX has received permission from stefanKa to port his 'wonderful SP1 sysfiles to SP2...I hope that all is going to be included especially the 'dialog tweaks/edits?

You know my friend, I usually always check out the 'heavy weight graphic sites' just to make sure I wasn't missing any elements, and I never thought to check Neowin...lol

Very nice, and thank you for your thoughtfullness! The only aspect that would be great with this neat Firefox Inspirat2 theme, is having a customized Compact Menu icon...

The default sharc doesn't do it justice....if one our talented graphics members could possibly post a 'Windows Flag'----greyish colour, and perhaps turning to Black on mouse-over, I feel would be perfect!

sharc-2-8.50.png---->is the default icon and it needs to remain this name (when replaced)...Lynchknot would make customized 'apples' with colour change with mouse-over effects for some of his Mac skins...

Just received your PM @Neowin, and yes, I'm working on it...You will be the first to know via an email with hopefully a new, fresh file (per our discussion-lol)

Currently with my present FF skin, I am using this neat compact menu icon from Magbi, it is posted on the Application Skins Forums Sticky***

It looks nice, but Magbi has originally designed this for Mac OSC Pinstripe skin, so I think something a little more with a greyish/black (maybe Windows flag) would be more suitable...?

Great style, of course, but is anyone else getting blank label boxes on mouseovers? It is particularly noticeable in Firefox, regardless of the browser skin. Some parts of Windows Explorer are labelled correctly, but for everything else I just get a white box with nothing in it.

Any ideas?

Thats simple to solve.

The white labels are because of the white on black text for tool tips that stefanka has set .

Just go into properites (right click on desktop) and click on the Appearance tab then go to advanced and change the tool tip colours - i got mine set to black on gray to combat the problem.
