A GUI KIT is a set of a bunch of Skin and or in this case (thanks to iFido) programs that match a particular theme...in this case Longhorn Inspiriat 2. We aren't making system files...but if iFido goes overboard we might..by accident... 
BTW, before anyone ask I do have permission...

Okay Splash Screen Done!, It was done in Flash. And people dont worry. Just because it's done in Flash doesnt mean it has a window border. :6
It is border less transparent!. And it is a exe. to close it simply press ESC or right click it's system tray icon and press close. I will also include a Image version for Splash Panel the program (by Enhanced Labs).

How does everyone get the folder view at the top of the explorer window? Does this shellstyle come with it at the top or is this a reg hack I need to learn about?
