When I first applied the style, Folder Tasks were on the default left hand side. Now that I have re-logged in, they are at the top, underneath the toolbar, as shown in your screenshot!
I guess my only question now is, how do you acheive the spacing between your toolbar buttons?
i have done the toolbarseperators tgransparent, so you can give it with the seperators the space

but one little thing: when updating, you have the chance to be the first of the greatest MSSTYLE-artists, who take care of the vertical-taskbar users.
german: wäre schön, wenn auch eine vertikale Taskbar so richtig gut aussehen würde. Bei mir ist da ein kleiner Grafikfehler beim Startbutton. wäre echt toll. gruß 08/15

Look for the post by internetwar offering the "hidemenubar_addressbar.reg" <- this will add a nice little Folder Options icon to your menu bar and hide your text menus.

Where find the minium icons? o when release the folder icon? 
About the icons...they are Minium, and not released...
Some hard drive icons have been leaked... *poke poke nudge nudge*
As for the folder icons, they are not available as the whole set is not released. StefanKa lives in Germany, and a neighbor to Rad-E8, therefore receiving icons from him ;-)
