Updated: I think for right now the best and easiest way to get a skin on aqua-soft rather than the default IPB one would be for me to update our old skin with some tweaks.Then later if someone would like to design a skin I'll make it from there if people like it. But nothing was wrong with our old skin. Just needs a few tweaks here and there and some more color.

The old skin was fine but I agree it needs tiger tweaks. The top nav bar needs the smooths stripes gloss look with the blue capped ends and there should be elements w/ the new blue gloss in other places as well.....especially the search

Timan, would a lite skin save any amount of bandwidth worth mentioning? I think most people here would gladly settle for a simpler skin if it would save you money, or at least help keep A-S within its monthly limit so the site is always available.
If bandwidth is not a factor, then just make a skin you'll enjoy looking at every day.
