Aveiconifier2

Hi ave, I was messing with my icons today and one feature it will be good to have in aveiconifier ( 3 pehaps ) is the ability to drop .rsrc ( mac icon format ) to the app and grap the .ico and .png.

Can this be done ?

Amazing application. I had some trouble with artifacts... then I discovered that the problem was related to my Icon Packager icon size setting, it was set to 71 instead of 72

Full software. You need AveDesk 1.2 to run it. I don't think the moderators will like you talking about cracking software on the Forum.

Edit: I don't think you need AveDesk to run it i think is is a stand alone application.

The IconDrop desklet goes with AveDesk.

I would like to know if a next version of aveiconifier will include the new vista icon format (include 256x256 pixels) ?

I'm just released my icon pack with this format, but I had to use another software in trial version.

I always use aveiconifier for my png to ico conversion, and I hope you will update your awesome software with this option

First of all this is great software!!!! Good Job:)

Anyhow I would agree with this user. Maybe have it output the same size as the icon itself. Or does it have to be one size or nothing.

I can make all the adjustments in PhotoShop but it would be the cats meow if it could just output the same size as the icon.

If not thats cool it is still good software without it. Keep up the good work!!!

Hi,

I have some problem..

I think that I'm unlucky, because When I drag the .ico in the left window, I don't have any new png version in the right (nothing appear): It sayme only that 1 ico file dropped / 1 png file created (also If I'm tryng a lot of time whit different .ico).

I rename .ico file to a basic filename "icon.ico", but nothing appear in the right PNG window...

Suggestions?

I experienced this myself. You may not see the png but it IS there. Try click and drag from the window to your desktop or folder and the png icon should be there. I hope this helps.
