Dont pester
I have started my first and second jobs this summer and I am extremely busy. I might have to pick this project up again another time. I really am sorry guys, but I barely have any time at all between jobs and sleeping.
Dont worry though, im saving the work ive done already and ill make sure to finish it when I have more time.
in the mean time, just consider it to be... postponed or something like that.
Josh
Ok...that's fine. Just try and update us on the progress when you have a chance.
I still can't wait!

you'd be less exited this project will not realised for a while ![]()
I tried asking all my developer friends (that I know for sure I can trust and that will finish it) to finish it, but no one has the time. I will finish it whenever I can guys.

I knew it! I knew it!. This is not the first time you did this to us. I hope this going to be the last time though
Thats not very positive Alang, Josh is as busy as all of us.
oh guys give Josh a break or i`ll have to alert Stevie or mods. If u have time and can do better, make one yourself <_
Josh deserves some time, he's been working really hard on this and other things. He has other, 'real-world' commitments. Give him a break...
Take as long as you need Pixel, I'm sure it will be great when it's done ![]()
This is pretty disheartening...I was looking forward to this app. Now it sounds as if we will be lucky if we see a release by christmas (?)
Oh well... ![]()
I have nothing against pixelmatrix really, and I really glad to see the young enthusiast developer here who want to make everything for the community. But just want to refresh your memory, check some of the preview that he never release.

I know its nothing wrong with it, but for me, just don't post anything like a preview or a teaser if you know you unable to do it. I didn't had the talent and knowledge to create a program, thats why I didn't post any preview of it.
Only post a preview when you are in a beta stage of it, and need some feedback from the community.
I don't want to flame anyone by this post, please be mature......
how do you use C++ to make a prog? I know how to use it to make a program that can be run in command prompt, but to make it executable and make it an independant app, pix, how did you start on it? Like what compilers? And did you use notepad or a prog?

You can use basicaly any compiler, and any resorce. Basicaly you just use diffrent librarys, ie iostream.h is the one you probaly used to make a console app. You make various calls to this new libary like you would use cout >> and cin <<. When you compile the code, it automaticaly makes a stand alone .exe file, you probaly never tried to find it. There are also things called IDEs, where you can drag little buttons, and check boxes around. Visual studio would be a good place to start with these.

It's iostream, without the .h in C++ :moon:
i LOVE the way it looks! HOWEVER! how much ram does it require? and how much CPU % does it use up on average when in use for your CPU (and then what is your CPU?) i love the way it looks though!
i know there are other parts of aqua-soft where I can make this request but this post seemed good too

i know you guys know about the open source calendar extensions for firefox and mozilla and i'm 99.9% sure you can skin it. so I was just wondering if someone could try and make an iCal like skin for Calendar. I mean it seems alot easier that building a new calendar app from scratch
