Me too, how did you manage to create that transition for the animated GIF? 
Well it was time consuming but fun, i've created four square highres images, then the exact sameones in 128 x128, created a cube and a scene in Lightwave 3D, sticked the highres on the cube, setup the lights, colors and camera to be 300 x 300 rendered 40 frames, imported those in Image Ready scaled them back too 128 x 128, and replaced the four 'flatfront' ones with te 128 x 128 images and did a color correction on the inbetweens.. the rest is history 
That's pretty much it the cube btw doesn't rotate it first moves back slightly and then rotates just like Userswitching on the Mac

@ Aqua-Girl... the third is a subwoofer, i have a dolby digital panasonic surround system connected to my mac...
About hte mouse keyboard, i use a KVM swtich (Keyboard, Mouse, VGA) but only the pc mouse and kb are connected to the swtch, so i press scroll lock twice then 1 goes to mac, scroll lock twice and then 2 and it goes to the pc bu each has its own kb and mouse
And.. well yeah... /Me Raises from his chair... i cleaned the desk too...
