@unbeliever: Keep the mess neat.  ;)  Well, at least try...

@Myuu: You can have a neat desk too... I know you can! I believe in you. (Awww... ain't that sweet? ;))

@Keith: Thanks. I'm honoured to be on camera! ^_^

@rooskee: Nice little cosy corner to yourself...  :D

i`ll try!

i`ll show you a pic before and after :D

and of course Myuu`s room gonna look best (well tied with AquaGirl`s)! All she`s got to do is to put her iBook on the table (ACD in AquaGirl`s case) and her room will look 10 times better than mine! Hell, she`d win if she had nothing but a box and an iBook in her room! :D:lol:

The iBook has a problem tho... it's really hard to keep it's lid pristine. Althought I've taken care of it as good as humanly possible, the lid has some scratches. You can't see them if you look at it with out a light reflecting from a weird angle, but they are there. I tell you, the plastic thingy all over it isn't all that great... -_-

Here is my desk, bedecked with photo equipment like usual.

I decided to throw in a picture of myself as well.

Ugh..blurry. No help to my photo taking reputation there, but I didnt want to waste the time on a tripod.

it can be seen under some wierd light and i don`t know what to do

and the worst thing is that i kept it in an iSkin and it was fine, but when i took it out to clean it I scratched the screen

Ouch. Hurts to add any marks to such a lovely item, isn't it? :(

#103591

Actually, I'm not talking about the screen... I'm talking about the outside of the lid, the cover...

Ooohh... I know how that feels.

I like to keep every item of mine clean, neat, and in showroom condition. So, I can naturally feel how you would have felt then. Cheer up, unbeliever! You can still take good care of the iPod from this very instance onwards. ^_^

i know but the worst this is that i was paying TOO much attention to keep it spotless and then this happened.

but you can`t fight fate, can`t you ;)

if i just knew any SAFE way to remove the scratches :/

and thanks for the  :shy:

@ Myuu - i feel you pain -_-

This topic rocks it's like MTV Cribs... but then different ;)

Thanks everyone!

Yes i kinda cleaned up, but that took me 2 minutes, when i'm working documents are all over the place (hey it's a working spot) but when i'm finished the documents are all gone in the closet to the left...

@ Seph yes it is a 20" Cinema Display on a PC  , i can recommend it to everyone... best i've ever had...

I was kinda scared cause of the many different topics on the web of people that just can't get it to work right... but i took the risk and bought it..along with Dr Botts Dviator

But after 1 day and night trying :( i figured it out, no powerstrip and al that goofy stuff, just ATI drivers 3.7 they support it right out of the box, i do use the Ohmega 3.7 for more performance though, at last native support!!

I had no succes getting it to work with higher drivers then 3.7 havent tried the 4.10 yet.

Games run absolutely well on this screen no lag and stuff.... just great yes.

Bye now!

Hey AquaGirl - do you happen to know if omega`s will work with notebooks?

ATI`s drivers have a bug for mobility Radeons but damn DTK doesn`t have updated drivers so my sys keeps crashing so i was wondering if omegas will work for laptops (or they also need to be tailored for a laptop like catalysts)?

thnx

#103621

speaking of graphics drivers, is there a version of catalyst for dell laptops that anyone knows of?
