OMG, I bow down to your speed crni.

I am making a VS. I'm not making a Windowblinds or actual mac version yet because I only have a working version of resbuilder and reshacker and definately no mac as I'm a broke student.

Obviously on the actual version I will tidy up the apple icon and the buttons as the screenshot was done by either inverting the colours or changing the brightness and contrast. On the actual one I'm doing i've had to make the gradients for the gloss effect from scratch as I have Fireworks at home plus as I edit each part of the skin seperately they will go together smoother than in the mockup.

Again, nice work crni, it would take me all day to make that.

you could maybe team up with Max, give him a quick email and maybe he could share resources with so that he can make a black version of SS as well for mac.

I've sent a message to Max asking him if he could help with the creation of the theme as well as whether he would be willing to make a mac version of the theme. I'll tell you when I get his reply what it is.

I'm off home now to do more editing of this theme. I'll bring in the screenshot tomorrow for definate and I'll also have the Dock background ready for everyone. Have a nice day and see ya tomorrow.

OMG This is gonna be soooo beautiful!!! I'm in love with it already!! :wub: When I heard bout it I dismissed it straight away "You can't have a Black Mac ( :lol: ) theme" but when I saw a Screenie OMG that is gonna be one beautiful mother f*****!!!! :cheers:

bh2: If someone makes one there will be. I personally am a little busy putting together the theme (Currently a total of 6 standard versions and 6 variations based on the GuiPod buttons).

Does anyone know where I can get help for what the tags are for in the .ini files. As I'm having a little trouble with what changes what.

Notes about the screenshot I forgot to post:

* The buttons have a white text when on a black button and black text when the button is highlighted.

* The VS is built from SmoothStripes v2.5 which I know is a bit old but as a lot of the bits I am having to recreate from scratch I haven't downloaded V4.

* YzDock is actually running in the screenshot but it can't be captured by my screencapture program

* The background is "Ensnare 7 Shadows" by Shadowness.com in case anyone wanted to see it completely.

* As you can see a lot of the images haven't been done, the scrolbars aren't shown on the screenshot because the ones I made don't look right so I'm going to have to try again with a different approach to making them.

I would add a brushed black theme too, that would complete the set, or maybe when your done with this you could get permissions from people and make a whole black theme, lots of black stuff nowadays, If you like blackness, get the Black Album by Jay-Z.
