If its an application thats is loaded via a docklet, sure. but if its just a stand-alone application not in a form of a docklet, then it can't be added to the site.
I am trying to keep the site very focused on docklets. If i want to accept other things, then why not dock backgrounds? or icons? etc...
But who knows what the future holds.. 
Allright, it's a stand-alone app, so I will wait for the future to arrive j/k 
BTW, I am going to upload all my docklets to your site tonight I think.
