Hey yall...I am in the process of preparing skins for ePortal.

I've made two skins so far (photoshop Mockups)..

Not all of the graphics may be accruate because i didn't have the original PSD's.

WOW, I've been checking out the site ever since the first word on here about creating it and you guys have done a great job so far it looks like. The OSD already looks nice especially with the TiSkin theme and the Default. Cant wait to see this released.

This Looks Great!!!

If you have ever used the real Media Center (2004 for sure, not sure about 1.0) , it has this effect that it does on pictures, it makes them really big then zooms in on them, moves across long ones, etc. I was wondering if you could do this in ePortal

EDIT- also, mabye possible integration with iTunes for the music???

Possibly (in 2.0)

Because of the panel plugins. ePortal will give the user the ability to add panels. just like you would a docklet to Dock. All panel plugins appear on the Main selection screen. Maybe later some one can write a iTunes player for ePortal.

Update:

ePortal is coming along nicely.

We are still currently working on the skinning engine anio and some panels.

This skinning engine has alot to it. It needs to be good inorder to support the graphic intence skins that ePortal will use, and at the same time not hog memory and run FAST!

Hopefully there will be an alpha release some time this fall

Apple Released an iTunes SDK ... hopefully we can integrate its player into ePortal (as a panel)

(side note: ePortal will be free until the final final release hehe. and that may be in 2005 )
