I just caught on to this thread now, I had a the exact same problem (moved my YzDock folder containing the relevant 'missing' icons) the simple answer would be to press F7 from within Axialis Icon Workshop and manually change the icons that are affected and then rebuild the icon cache.
Just in case anyone else has a similar problem thought you might like to know 
Hey, I have the same problem, I remplaced my shell32.dll and it stills there. I am now searching for 44.33 nVidia Drivers, does anyone know where I could find them? Searched google but everylink is dead.

After attempting to change some icons with Iconphile, everything is screwing up. My drive icons will not turn up correctly, and some others as well (My Computer, My documents, My network places just show up as the default folder icon). So far, I have tried:
- deleting iconcache.db and rebooted, didn't work.
- rebuilding icon cache using Tweak UI, didn't work.
- tried using the regedit method, but my HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTApplicationsexplorer.exe is not expandable.
I have noticed something weird though, and I think that's the problem. But I don't know how to fix it.
I went to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurr entVersionExplorerDriveIcons and my Drives were all pointing correctly; i.e. the floppy was pointing to shell32, 6, D: was shell32, 8 etc. I opened shell32.dll using reshacker and those respective icons were erroneous (not showing correctly).
What should I do? Please help, I'm clueless
