Yes, it probably would have solved his transparency issues, and give a speed boost, to boot.
How he's written the app will dictate how easy it'd be to switch to managed DX9.

But I have to say NO. No, I don't use DirectX in Switcher 2 but I use GDI+ and layered windows.
Mea culpa. I'm a little bit overloaded in my work and in my prive life.
Pleas be patience, i never give up to finish Switcher 2 but I do not have TIME. :-(

Switcher 2 is in the pre-pre finished state. But microsoft shows me their ass... :moon: I'm suckin' with my keyboard hander routine. The routine what was working in the previous version of Switcher doesn't work now. :rant: ...and I do not know why... I'm sad.... :cry:

@FeAt: It's just good to know that you'd be on the project. As Luisalonso has mentioned, just take your time. It's reasonable to have a life beyond the virtual world.

So, I solved a lot o' problem in Switcher 2 developing and the pre-test version coming soon. May be within a 2 or 3 weeks.
It will be skinable, customizable. It is faster and smaller than ever.

I thought you said {ADVANCED SETTINGS} mouse_click=1 shift_alt_tab=1 are part of Switcher.cfg, not Theme.cfg. 
These options should apply to ALL themes.
Please send me the new "applicationsList.ini" structure and the new "Switcher.cfg" so I can release my control panel when Switcher 2 is finished.

How's it going?
Just curious.
Up till now, I was using another switcher called 'Panther Switcher', which was more functional (i.e. was able to deal with explorer windows/multiple windows of a single program), but looked nowhere near as close or as pretty, so I'm using this now.
Can't wait for switcher2 :D:D
is there a whay you could have it read the app names and icons from object dock ? i think that would be great.
