X-Port 2.1

the first OS X MSstyle, now in Panther..

X-Port 2.1 now supports mozilla..

that's right.. no more GIANT scrollbars, or misshapen buttons..

X-Port 2.1 has been tested for compatibility with

Mozilla Firebird 0.6.1 on WinXP-SP1

X-Port 2.1 will be the last Major update.

all others will be made available as patches..

you can download in Three versions..

a full installer (please un-install version 2.0 b4 installing this)

a patch, that will update version 2.0

just the files, in a ZIP.

you will need the following fonts...

for this version of X-Port

* LucidaGrande

* Lucida Sans Unicode

they come with the 2.0 & 2.1 installer..

if you choose not to use the installer, and do not have these fonts.

you can get them HERE via my site

NOTE: To update via the patch, place the patch in your

" %windir%\resources\themes\x-port2\ " folder,

then launch it, and re-apply X-Port to see the changes.

yes, it is a msstyle with an installer

There are any way to release a .zip without the installers?

Please make a .zip version without installer available. Installers are no good. <_

I've never used this, but it looks like an msstyle of OSX/Jaguar complete with logon and other stuff, I guess.

Why not check out ja450n's site here? Took me 2 seconds to find it myself.

Thanks for your port. I found some bugs though.

1. Scrollbar has gap with Firebird (top and bottom)

2. Line on start button with either image

3. Much of the text appears out of focus and sometimes misaligned (on my desk)

i am working on the scrollbar bug in mozilla...

the text, i am looking into updateing..

as for the startbutton.. if you run a program that violates the taskbar

such as WiMP (in it's taskbar mode) it will cause this line to show up..

Mozilla Scrollbars Fixed

for x-port 2.1 only

attached is a zipfile, containing a small EXE file.

place it in the

%windir%\resources\themes\x-port2\ folder

and run it..

this will fix the mozilla bug that was reported by lynchknot.

This will correct the error, and allow 3rd party programs to be run

without recieving the error...

to install this.. you must alread have updated to X-Port 2.1 (if running 2.0)

and install the Mozilla Patch..

Hi jason, I can't download your mozilla patch, it seems that the file has been deleted or something.

If you could post it again cause lots of programs receive some floating points errors when using X-Port 2.1

it's fixed.. the link was bad..

there was a link to the same page.. about 3 posts up....

The link still doesn't work. And does the mozilla patch fix the scrollbar for other themes too? Or does it only just work for x-port 2.1?

the patches made available either in this thread, or via my web-page..

are ONLY for X-Port..

X-Port is created in a different manner, than most other aqua-skins for XP..

the patchfile will not allow you to correct the scrollbar issue in any other skin..
