yea really, is there any guide to change the icons in IE and explorer including changing/hiding IE throbber by altering system files so that we don't have to run Yz Toolbar anymore. Which .dll should be altered for each icons and etc. Sometimes the explorer/IE toolbar messes up when Yz toolbar is running. It also would make it faster I think.
yeh the main thing that I really care about is the speed, I think it would be considerably faster than y's toolbar

if any one want the replacement, leave your emal here and i can email them to you to save you a few min. but the one i made just work well with "Iceman's Jag aqua-blue", it doesn't fix very well the "brushed" one
one thing in addition, could any one make a replacement that really "animates" when loading pages like the winflag does? 'cuz mine doesn't

BTW I have a registry patch which will disable the throbber on both Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer.....doesn't work on Outlook Express though

i think i had the original throbbber from ie in mac, let me find it here somewhere, its animated and everything.
using the modified system files by Iceman, the toolbar buttons do not appear as big enough like when using Yz toolbar, so it does not emulate Mac's IE close enough. How do i modify the system files to make toolbar button bigger ? 
how to replace it with the one in the system files? which one (using reshacker)? is it compatible? even though the one that is going to be replaced have different dimension? Thanks 
its working fine for me, file is shell32.dll bitmap number 214? something near there, i cant remember from top of my head... and it just has less frames then the windows one.
yea, i found it, there are bitmap 240, 241, 242, 245, 246, 247 which are related with the throbber. Can I just replace them all with the bitmap animation you have?

just replace 242 and reboot then open an IE window, and move the menu bar downward as long as you get a large size logo on the corner
you could also resize the 38pix wide animation to 26pix and 22 pix wide to get smaller animation logo
240-->22pix wide
241-->24pix wide
242-->38pix wide (the one you already have here)
forget about 245,246,247, they are for 16 bit color mode and you dun need to touch them unless you run your XP under 16bit color mode all the time

ZzPcPzZ, your animation rocks but.. can we have a smaller one? that one is too big and it looks as if it's rolling downwards.

that should work with iceman's theme perfectly, sorry i didnt make the smaller sizes =[ but just resize them in photosshop, it wont be the best results since the bg wont match the window, but it will be allrite.
