I've just tested, and it moves desktop icons!!! WTF? 
I'll have to install Delphi on Windows 7 too, and check what's going on.

Hi Matonga, I got a little problem. I'm running winwdows vista with aero enabled and UAC as well, and always that I got the confirmation screen from UAC (consent.exe)or hibernate my computer Showdesktop.exe will crash with a message that says : Win32 Error Code 5. Accés refusé.

You're rigth thegiantmidget, when I disable the hot corners the problem is solved, but I would like to keep'em anyway. I'm still looking for what we can do!!!
Could you make a exclusion list for the next version?
I am experiencing the same problem as edfordil.. it appears after locking and unlocking my pc and after a UAC prompt... i have looked into the problem and it seems to be realated to the mouse pointer position error..please help =)

Before it worked fine without the hot corners, but now I got an error message
"Failed to get data for 'KeyModifiers'",
And I can't return to the other version, What can I do?

Quit ShowDesktop (if running).
Open Registry Editor (regedit.exe)
Go to My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software and delete key ShowDesktop (keys look like teal colored folders, Software is a key too) (make a backup by right-clicking the key > Export, if you wish).
Now run ShowDesktop, change some settings, quit ShowDesktop and run ShowDesktop again. If some error happens, post again.
Can someone upload it please?
