thanks for the title "best shutdown program". it is a kind of little program that everyone loves

Now it's time for making skins for shutoff to go with various visual styles.

Next step: animation buttons (something like rotating avedesk icon). It will be awhile, not because of difficulty but because I am uber busy now.
