[Preview] Cleaned Up Xport 2.0

Personally I think X-Port is cool as a cucumber. I look forward with great anticipation to seeing your laptop port with the new (not quite OS X) look. It'll be a feast for the eyes I'm sure. The plastic buttons are nice and neat, I think I've had my fill of the 'Aqua pill' button look after all this time and I could even live with the wibbly scrollbars too :D

Your taskbar min max close buttons are too far apart, and I think (but am not sure as I cant be bothered to do a comparison now), that your captionbar is 1 pixel too high.

yeah i think that's right...

also, the caption bar's edges are ugly when maximized.

i bet those are the exact bitmaps from OSX, but there they are anti-aliased and in windows they arent.

KoL's ones are a lot more smooth...

that part is very easy to mod, so i did it myself :)

besides, that's the best Panther port i ever saw!! :D

Plastic buttons from KOL...

these are KOL's buttons

borrowed from Kol's panther theme..

now you can have the "accuracy of x-port"

with those nifty plastic buttons via this patch.. for X-Port

this patch will enable Plastic buttons.. as seen in Kol's theme...

i've recieved permission from Kol to post this..

so here goes.

simply download the attatched ZIP file..

there is an EXE inside of it..

place the plastic-buttons.exe file in your X-Port2 folder..

%windir%\resources\themes\X-Port2\

you can actually type that.. to get there..

then.. just double click on the EXE you put in the X-Port2 folder..

and YAY! plastic buttons..
