When I minimize a maximized window, there's a transparent box that says "transgaming" in the lower left of the screen, is there another dll that fixes the genie effect with no little box in the corner?

SwiftShader Commercial version. I have no clue how to get it.
http://www.cedega.com/license.php?swiftshader=1Download it. There should be a file called "D3....dll" something like that. Copy it into your RKLauncher folder, and it'll work (at least for me.)
Although it is extremely slow.
You mean the 'd3d9.dll' file, right?If so, yeah it works for me now, but, yes, it is very slow.

i've found out why it was slow when you tried...
it was slow for me also, but the readme file gave me a clue... :-)
in the same directory from where you copy the 'd3d9.dll' file, there is a file named 'SwiftShader.ini'. u have to copy it into your RKLauncher folder and edit it in order to set 2 parameters:
VertexRoutineCacheSize=8
VertexCacheSize=128
after these simple steps, it worked fine for me... ;-)

Okay so, I downloaded it and I tried extracting the file on Winrar and it does not work.

I downloaded Dierct X and palced it on the RK launcher folder and it doesn't work either.. keeps saying Error Creating Direct3D device! help please...

No, it's not supposed to do that.
All that you have to do it put the SwiftShader .dlls into the same directory as the RkLauncher directory. Be sure that you have all of the files from the rar.
