Have you tried resource tuner? I dunno if it can do what you want it to... but you could try modding the aero.mssstyle in vista like that..

is that like reshacker?... like where you open files (such as .exe), and see thier resource/image contents in numbered lists....

Yeah, it's exactly like that..

I was looking at both (reshacked and resource tuner) I think I ended up downloading a trial of resource tuner.. But I'm not sure, now that you bring up reshacker, I might have just gotten two completely irrelevant programs mixed up
