I got to about 98% on the official download before it gave up on me with 'Connection Errors'. BitTorrent, however, is giving me a steady 300KB/s and should be done in a few hours. Jump on the (perfectly legal) torrent here. There's a regular 32-bit as well as a 64-bit build available too.

I believe you have to input your email when you register to get the product key.
