I changed your panther.msstyle so that:
1. It has 0 borders.
2. The sides of the title bar look 1:1 with panther, when using 0 borders
Will you give me permission to share it with others ?
I ask for permission because it is not my work, I only made it borderless.

I changed your style slightly,...
3. The edges of the titlebar, gradually darkened on your theme, I checked taha's screenshot of real panther, and on this shot the titlebar didn't gradient to dark, so I changed it.
It's the best I can do with taha's jpg without a direct bmp rip.

Making msstyles borderless is accompanied by some necessary evil that can not be helped. Some (less ofted used windows and tabbed properties dialog boxes) appear with a slightly less than normal titlebar, (this is because widows thinks those windows have a 3 pixel border instead of 4) it looks ugly but can't be helped, it's a take it or leave it issue.

Can someone please fix the sunken controls? They are pixellated at the bottom. Am I the only one that sees this? It's especially noticable in the inactive mode.

are you as talented in objectbars and windowblind skinning or porting that you are in msstyles? if so... (getting on knees ) (clears throat)... port the panther to ob and wb w/ buttons on the left side?...

the new skinstudio lets you convert msstyles into wb themes. i dunno how to change the position of the buttons thou

Thanks buddy, but remember that susumu put the most energy into it, I just tweaked it,...
I'm afraid I don't know the first thing about ob and wb skinning though.
As ob I dont use (don't shadow with y's), and wb4 I dont like.

That's not Panther, the Panther finder has a Safari type brushed GUI. That's just Smooth-Stripes.

I think it is. I know Taha has a mac and he installed panther recently (I believe), it is his desktop from the screen shots thread.
If it is not, I would appreciate if you (or someone) who has panther, to provide screenshots.

I was somewhat sure it was panther though, because I checked the caption bar (titlebar) + min/max/close buttons, pixel by pixel against panther screendumps for hours.

Only problem is, when a window is maximised, the titlebar font reverts back to "Lucida Grande pt9", as opposed to staying at "LucidaMacbold pt9". If anyone knows how to fix this please say so, but it's hardly noticeable.
If anyone knows of a font that is a better match to real panther icon fonts, than lucidamac, please tell me,
Lucida Grande is way too fat, lucidamacbold is waay too fat, closest match is lucida mac. But it too is a little too fat, esp since xp carries the icon font through to alot of places (address bars, etc). So if anyone has/will make a closer match it would be appreciated.

I would suggest you had a 1px border cause i cannot resize my windows unless i have them in a full feature mode.
